Join The Learning Experience as an Enrollment Specialist in Noblesville, IN, where you'll play a pivotal role in welcoming families to our vibrant community. This exciting position allows you to connect with parents and children, guiding them through the enrollment process while showcasing our exceptional educational programs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging tours of the facility for prospective families.
- Manage the enrollment process from initial inquiry to final registration.
- Build and maintain relationships with families to foster a positive experience.
- Provide information on curriculum, programs, and school policies.
- Assist with marketing initiatives to promote enrollment events.
- Collaborate with the education team to ensure smooth transitions for new students.
- Maintain accurate records and manage enrollment data efficiently.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person communication.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or enrollment roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Passion for early childhood education and family engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- High school diploma required; a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

- Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children?
- Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)?
- Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)?
